What we collect
Contact form: name, email, company, message, indicative budget, plus an IP hash and browser user-agent for abuse prevention. Live chat: conversation contents and a session id.
Purpose and legal basis
To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver our services. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Sub-processors
Supabase (database and auth, EU region), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini for the chat model). Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Retention
We retain contact data for up to 24 months unless a longer period is legally required.
Cookies and consent
We use three categories: Essential (always on — e.g. language and consent preference), Analytics (off by default) and Marketing (off by default). We don't currently load any analytics or marketing cookies; the toggles gate any future loader. You can withdraw or change consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@atelierr.hu to exercise these. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
